Standing up for what you believe in or for your values isn't always easy, especially when it is with people you love. It isn't easy, but it is worth it. It's not about you being a better person than they are, it's about you being better for yourself.

We are all built to have fears, it's what helped us to survive to this point. But with that survival comes the need to keep going, to overcome fear. We won't overcome every fear we have all at once, but overcoming each fear one-by-one will keep us progressing.

I'm taking the opportunity of this weekend to rest before hitting the air again on Monday. I forgot how draining constant travel can be. It will take some "practice" to get back to the travel stamina I used to have. Good thing I have Chloe and the Olympics to keep me entertained 😍
