Learning to lean into and trust yourself is uncomfortable. Learning to advocate for yourself is uncomfortable. Learning to live yourself....all of you, is uncomfortable. Being uncomfortable is something I avoided for the majority of my life and while I've gotten to where I am, I can't get to where I want to go and be the woman I want to be.

As I was completing the encouraging thought for the day on my journal, this is what flowed out. No matter how out of control I may feel, I am still in control of my reaction and my actions each day. I can't control others, but I can control myself.

It's Monday and it's time to get back to the grind. No matter what you have on your plate this week, remember that you can handle it. Keep pushing against those fears you are battling because on the other side of fear is the life you dream of living.
