I'm dancing my way to who I know I can be!

Anxiety is a bitch. Before we even left, my anxiety told me it would be easier to stay home. Be more comfortable. The first few hours were great! My anxiety subsided. Then it hit full on. And it hasn't gone away. I'm having fun, that isn't the issue at all. The last almost two years of staying inside because of smoke or away from others because I don't want to get sick has really let my anxiety take over again.

The party few days have had me working really hard to overcome more stress. I have been making it a point to push myself to do things I used to enjoy.
